Once an order has already been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Returns
If your order has already been delivered, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Money Back Guarantee.
Please do not send any items back before your request has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns and EU right of withdrawal requests, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
