We offer free shipping across Australia & New Zealand. Orders typically arrive within 8–11 business days.

We follow Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. That means you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if something is faulty, unsafe, or doesn’t match the description.
Many of our customers order gifts for new parents, birthdays or baby showers. While you're welcome to add a gift note at checkout, we don’t currently offer custom wrapping, simply because we’re processing a high volume of orders, and want to keep delivery times as short as possible.
We accept returns within 14 days for unused products in their original packaging (AU & NZ customers). Please contact us before sending anything back.
